Our ongoing commitment to respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of our Partners' personal information in accordance with applicable law is addressed in this policy.

Accountability

Prime is responsible for maintaining and protecting our Partners' personal information in our commercial dealings, including responsibilities relating to our website and services. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for ensuring compliance with this policy, applicable privacy principles and best practices.

Identify Purposes

The purpose for which all personal information is collected, used and disclosed includes the following:

To verify your identity;
To ensure your involvement with our restaurants is expedited and that all business dealings are accurate as they apply to you;
To respond to any comments you submit to us;
To purchase gift cards;
To process a payment through our third party provider;
To comply with legal requirements.

We may also collect, use and disclose Partners' business related information for the following purposes:

To evaluate and improve products and services;
